HOW QUICKLY
WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
In stock orders placed between Monday and Thursday 8-5pm. CST generally
ship within 24 hours. In stock orders placed on a Friday, Saturday or
Sunday will ship out on the following Monday (excludes legal holidays).
You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has
shipped.
WHAT IF
SOMETHING IS OUT OF STOCK?
Our stock fluctuates hourly and, from time to time, the t-shirt you
want
may not be immediately available. We will attempt to notify you by
email and by phone to advise you of the backorder situation. You may
reselect your merchandise and update your order or cancel your order.
If we can not reach you within 3 days, your order will be
automatically cancelled. The typical lead time for back ordered
merchandise is 3 weeks. Your credit card is not charged until the order
has shipped. If you order multiple items, we can split the shipment and
send the in stock items.
WHAT IS YOUR
RETURN POLICY?
Merchandise that has NOT been worn, washed, altered or exposed to
smoke, odors, pets or chemicals may be returned for credit to the
original charge account within 20
days of ordering.
Please follow these instructions:
#1 Email us at Returns; for a Return Authorization
Number (RA) Write this number clearly and boldly on the outside of your
package. NO merchandise will be accepted without this number.
#2 Include this
number along with a copy of your original sales order on the inside of
the package.
#3 Include a brief reason for the return.

- The customer is responsible for
return shipping charges. We urge you
to use a carrier that provides you with tracking numbers.
- We are not responsible
for lost packages.
- All returns are subject to
inspection and verification.
- Due to return shipping time, please
allow 2-3 weeks for the
processing of your return. We will notify you when we receive your
return and when your credit is processed.
CAN I
EXCHANGE MY ORDER?
We do not offer an exchange service. Please follow the above steps
under our Return Policy and visit our web site http://www.transl8t.com to place a
new order.
CAN I CANCEL
MY ORDER?
Yes, contact us by email at Customer_Care. to cancel any
t-shirt order
that has not shipped. Once an order has shipped, you may return the
merchandise to us by following the procedures as outlined in our return
policy. Upon return receipt and inspection, a credit will be issued to
your original credit card. You, the customer are responsible for all
return shipping charges. We urge you to use a carrier that issues
tracking numbers. We will not be responsible for lost items.

HOW DO I
CARE FOR MY SHIRT?
Our t-shirts are 100% cotton and can shrink. To minimize shrinkage,
follow these instructions which are printed on the neck tag.
Hand
wash with similar colors in
COLD
like
your ex-lover's heart.
HANG TO DRY
as you were left.
Do
not bleach, iron or dry clean.
Just
buy another shirt.
Expect some shrinkage as this is the nature of a natural fiber.
CAN I IRON
MY T-SHIRT?
Ironing screen-printed merchandise is not advised. Heat can cause the
design to crack and peel.
WHAT FORMS
OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept payments with VISA and Master Card through Pay Pal, which you
may use even if you don't have a Pay Pal account. Those with a current
Pay Pal account can chose to pay with a credit card, debit card or bank
transfer.
WHAT IS YOUR
PRIVACY POLICY?
We never sell, give away or make unauthorized use of any of your
personal information. We obtain information about you for the sole
purpose of completing and shipping your t-shirt order.
HOW
SAFE IS MY CREDIT CARD INFO?
Your credit card information is processed through Pay Pal and shopping
cart software using 128-bit SSL protocol and advanced integration
method (AIM). At Transl8t.com we do not store your credit information.

EXPLAIN
THE GRAPHICS AND TEXT ON YOUR T-SHIRTS
- The men's t-shirts display a Roman
coin with images of Roman Emperors and dignitaries surrounded by
expressions in Latin.
- The ladies' tee shirts contain
phrases
in Latin on the front with a coin graphic (white and black shirts only)
on the rear neckline.
We chose Latin...just to be different.
