Caligula was Rome's third and most outrageous Emperor. Stories portray Caligula as a raving despot exhibiting extreme cruelty and participating in multiple sexcapades with men and women, including his sisters. He took advice from his horse (!) and would roam the palace at night ordering the sun to rise. His brief reign was tumultuous and ended when he was murdered by officers of the Praetorian Guard. Payback's a bitch.
